We
gathered on an unseasonably wet morning at Hillcroft Farm, Blagdon by kind
permission of our hosts, Mr. and Mrs John Hayman. We had four turnouts
with us for a decidedly damp rally around the Mendip lanes, despite the
weather—there were plenty of gaps in the rain—we had a pleasant drive in a
nice part of the county. We had a pleasant stop on Priddy Green for a drink, fortunately it didn’t rain while we were there so we were able to enjoy the surroundings, including the blossom on the tree we were stood by.
